Our Services during the Second National Lockdown

Posted on

In response to the announcement of a national lockdown from Thursday 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December, we want to continue to assure all our clients that Churchgates have every intention to continue providing our services to all of our clients as seamlessly as possible so that any disruption is minimised.

We are currently, and will continue to, closely follow the government’s advice regarding the COVID-19 outbreak and as such will take the appropriate steps to ensure all our staff and clients are supported and most importantly, kept safe.

We have put the necessary infrastructure in place to ensure that our staff can work from home remotely whilst at the same time making sure that all our clients receive the service they would expect of us. Please rest assured that despite staff working remotely from home all client information and data will be kept secure and safe.

Please be aware that for the period of the lockdown our office will be closed to visitors, however, we want to assure clients that they will still be able to contact us through either video calling or conference calls, as opposed to ‘face to face’ meetings. As always, we will continue to be contactable by email and telephone. There will be a staff presence in our office throughout the lockdown so please rest assured all post will be dealt with promptly.

We fully appreciate that these are difficult and challenging times and would therefore like to encourage our clients wherever possible to liaise with their usual point of contact at Churchgates should they require any assistance or have any concerns with regards to their affairs.

Thank you for your continued support.
