From Ipswich
From the A14, take the exit signposted ‘Bury St Edmunds East’ (the first Bury St Edmunds exit – Junction 44), turn left at the roundabout (towards town centre). Go straight on at the next roundabout. Turn right at the next roundabout into Southgate Street (third exit). After approximately 300 yards, the road bears left into Maynewater Lane (one way). Keep in the right hand lane past the Greene King Brewery and go right into Crown Street. Keep in the left hand lane and drive straight on towards the Abbey.
Take the first left into Churchgate Street, immediately beyond the small cobbled square (one way), now follow both routes directions.
From London and Newmarket
From the A14, take the exit signposted ‘Bury St Edmunds Central’ (Junction 43). Go down the slip road and then take the third exit off the roundabout (Tesco will be on your right). Drive ahead following road round and turn left at the roundabout onto Northgate Street. Drive straight to the end which is a traffic light/T-junction (get in right hand lane) and turn right and follow the road around the ‘S’ bend past the front of the Angel Hotel on your right. Turn right into Churchgate Street (opposite the Norman Tower – one way), now follow both routes directions.
Both Routes
At the end of Churchgate Street, turn right onto Guildhall Street (one way). Following the road to the end, bear right into Abbeygate Street and immediately turn right into Whiting Street. Drive slowly down Whiting Street (one way), past Langton Place, and just a little further down on the left hand side you will see a shop called ‘Model Junction’ and a gap between this shop and the next building. Turn left between these two buildings and you will see a gate.
From here, please buzz reception from the entry post saying ‘Churchgates’, you will then be notified which space is allocated to you and let in to the car park remotely.

To get to reception from the car park, start by walking from your parking space back towards the gate you came through, you will see an intercom at the edge of footpath, around 20 yards back from the gate. Follow this footpath into Langton Place, you should see a hair salon on your left and the Churchgates building with our frosted windows directly in front of you. Follow these windows to the left, around the building until eventually you reach our front door, with the logo above it.
