We started working with Churchgates about a year ago. A leading factor in our choice was their multi disciplined offering; accountancy, legal and financial planning. A year on we have experience of all three professions and have been really impressed by both the attentive service and the expertise of every member of the team in particular I'd like to mention Rob Dedman, James Hadley and Jo Clayden. They have helped the whole family through some potentially difficult processes not only with expert advice but with care and sympathy. Communication is channelled through James who has done a massively brilliant job, ensuring we interface with the right person at the right time. It has also proved to be a very cost effective solution for us having so much skill under one roof, giving us the benefit of both joined up thinking and avoiding duplication of roles. We are extremely pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending any of the services they offer.
My experience is that “The Churchgates Approach” is successfully delivered by truly professional staff whose team ethic and commitment to clients’ interests is clear. Thanks to first class guidance from Robin Jackson and Charlotte Wilson my pension fund and retirement investments have been established and are being very ably managed for me by Alwyn Evans. My dealings with HMRC over various personal Tax issues have been successfully resolved thanks to the expertise of Robert Dedman and Harry King. With excellent advice from Joanne Clayden, family wills are now updated. It is impossible to put a price on achieving peace of mind regarding financial affairs but, for me, Churchgates provides real value for money and I will continue to recommend Churchgates to friends and family.
Brilliant Service. Churchgates solicitors are some of the most caring solicitors whose eyes are not merely focused on an hourly rate but on meeting the complex needs of their clients. From the warm and welcoming smiles of their reception team, to the professional and friendly service provided. In particular, the exceptional support of Joanne Clayden, who prepared a Will for me and my husband. Subsequently, in another instance of need, Joanne Clayden witnessed and signed a legal document, without charge; I am yet to find a solicitor who would make that exception. When it comes to legal matters, reliability, honesty, competence, cost-effectiveness and integrity are all significant considerations when choosing a solicitor; Churchgates aptly meet these standards.
