While training, Churchgates monitors your progress to ensure that you develop your full potential, as well as providing you with the support to balance the demands of full-time employment and studying for a professional qualification. By agreement, your training fees will be funded, including tuition, exam and membership fees for your chosen professional institute, as well as your study leave. In return, Churchgates expects students to be fully committed to their study and work.
